! From start to finish. She was right along side me every step of the way, down to the closing date. Extremely knowledgeable on all aspects. Definitely someone to have on your side for one of the biggest events in your life.

My daughter and son-in-law were putting their house up for sale ( I cosigned on this house ) and I ask Debbie if she would help. I knew Debbie on a personal basis and I knew she was a hard worker and she would guide my daughter in the right direction. Debbie started by telling my daughter everything she needed to prepare for the sale of her home and to get everything repaired, replaced, cleaned, etc. and stated not to even think about looking at homes until all of this was taken care of. Debbie didn't want her to get heartbroken over a home that would probably be sold before she even had hers up for sale and she needed to get approved for a loan also. 3 months passed and every time my daughter had a question Debbie gave her a straight answer whether she liked it or not, it was truthful. After putting the house for sale they received a contract within 36 hours. To make a long story short we had to wait on 2 other homes to sale before this buyer could get theirs. After almost 2 months (which was out of Debbie's control ) it was found that the Lawyers on the other 2 properties had not succeeded in what was needed to be correctly. Debbie did her own investigation and got the lawyers and financing to do what was suppose to have been done 2 months earlier within a 2 day period. Debbie went WAY beyond the call of duty and jumped over tons of hurdles but she got the job done. This girl puts her heart and soul into her job and she treats all her clients like it was her own personal property. Actually she saved 2 other families from not having a home by helping them and she wasn't getting a penny, but that's the type of person she is. Everybody today is out for themselves but I can truly say Debbie does it just because she is that type of person with very high standards, morals, and work ethics. If she cant help you then you are wasting your time with someone else. She got the sale of 4 homes done in a matter of days that 3 others had not even touched in 2 months. If that's not hard work and dedication I don't' know what is. Believe me you will not be sorry to have her on your side. I'm glad she was on ours. I now call her lovingly #thelipstickbulldog.
